The Automatic reminders are a paid option (CHF 50 per year, invoiced by Plugin as long as the option is enabled). Every night, Plugin.ch sends the 1st, 2nd and then 3rd reminder of unpaid e-mail invoices by e-mail, according to your periods, and notifies your person in charge when an invoice remains unpaid after the last reminder.

• Reminders are sent automatically by e-mail, according to the periods you set.
• Only invoices that can actually be reminded are concerned: the grace period, holds and due date extensions are respected.
• The person in charge receives an e-mail when an invoice remains unpaid after the last reminder, as well as a summary every morning (reminders by level, amounts, reminders never opened to be sent by post).
• Paper is never automatic, and invoices that have never been sent are never reminded.

In Invoices → Open invoices & reminders, the box Automatic reminders shows the status of the option. The button Preview of tonight shows, without sending anything, the reminders that would go out next night: with the default settings as long as the option is not activated, then with your settings.

Click Activate the option — CHF 50/year. In the panel:

• Manager: the e-mail address(es) that receive the daily summary and the invoices still unpaid after the last reminder (separated by a comma).
• Delays: the number of days to wait after the current due date (invoice or previous reminder) before sending reminder 1, reminder 2 and reminder 3, and the Last reminder sent automatically. Beyond that, the invoice is reported to the person in charge.
• Exclusions: the Minimum amount (balance) below which an invoice is not reminded, and the date Invoices issued from (older invoices are never reminded automatically).

Tick the box to accept the billing, then confirm with Activate the option — CHF 50/year. You can change the settings, consult the sending history or disable the option at any time from the same box.
