You click a free cell in the fixed hours grid, choose the player, click Add fixed hour — and after validation the cell stays empty, with no error message.

The most frequent cause: the invoicing item is not selected

In Reservation → Manage the set times, the Validation and invoicing block of the sport-season contains the field Invoiced directly with the item. This field has a first empty line, and it stays on this empty line as long as none of your items has a label recognised automatically (for example “Heure fixe”, “Heure d'hiver”).

The item chosen in this field is sent when you click the grid cell. If it is empty, the fixed hour is sent without an invoicing item: it is not saved, and the page simply reloads without displaying anything.

If the item list contains no suitable item, create it first (see Create an item), then come back to the fixed hours page.

The other settings of the block to check

In the same block, also check the Fixed hours period (start and end), the Fixed hours color and the Price type (For each session or For the season). These settings are used at creation and then at invoicing; it is best to set them once and for all before starting the grid.

Special case: the player has just been reactivated

If the player was removed from the club and then reactivated, reactivation does not give back their subscription: removing the member deletes the season subscription and the unpaid membership fee. The fixed hour can then be created, but the price is calculated on the replacement subscription (the “guest” subscription of the sport-season), which often gives a wrong amount, or even 0.
