How do I withdraw from an open match?
You joined an open match but can no longer come? You can withdraw yourself without cancelling the match for the other players.
Open the booking
On the planner, click the match you are taking part in (or open it from History).
Withdraw
In the list of players, click the cross to the right of your name. A “Leave the booking” window asks you to confirm: click Leave.
Your share is refunded to your wallet and your place becomes free again for another player.
If the organiser does not have enough in their wallet to take back your place, a “Deferred refund” window tells you so. You can then choose Leave without immediate refund: you will be refunded when another player takes your place.
Only the person in charge of the match can delete the whole booking. Out of respect for the other players, withdraw as early as possible.
