Yes. A single Plugin account can give access to all the clubs where you are registered. If you currently have a different account at each club, just merge them.

Have the username and password of your second account ready, then:

1. log in with the account you want to keep;
2. open My profile (your name, at the bottom of the left menu), then the Merge accounts ;
3. enter your other account's credentials and click Merge.

From then on, you use the same credentials at both clubs. Repeat for each additional club.
